Position Title: Administrative and Accounting Assistant
Provides high-level customer service and support in both administrative and accountancy services of the company that is timely and highly accurate.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
With a high level of accuracy, sense of urgency and professionalism, the Administrative and Accounting Assistant:

  • Prepares records and documents of expenses, payroll and allowances, and initiates the disbursement or payment of such to all employees and suppliers
  • Receives all incoming invoices, and properly records these, initiates approval process and schedules their payment
  • Prepares all outgoing invoices for sales, initiates approval process and delivery of goods
  • Follows-up on collection of all released invoices and schedules collection.
  • Assists the HR and Admin. Manager in implementing various HR related projects and activities of the company.
  • May be asked to participate in various activities of the company in operations or otherwise
  • General administrative duties and special projects as may be requested from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of accounting, business management or related courses.
  • Working experience is an edge, but not necessary.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, start-up environment highly desirable.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to changes resulting from a dynamic and growing business environment.  Ability to quickly grasp and embrace new business and transactional processes and procedures, work rapidly and accurately under pressure.
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer literate, experienced user of Excel, Word, Outlook.
